More than 30 leading international pediatric cardiologists and cardiovascular surgeons comprise the CHF Medical Advisory Board, which overseas the research granting process
Research has made a difference in the lives of thousands of children and their families. In the past decade, death rates for congenital heart defects have declined by 30 percent because of advances made through research.
The Children’s Heart Foundation, Oregon Chapter, is a group made up of all volunteers who are dedicated to raising awareness of Congenital Heart Defects, and raising money for the national effort to fund the most promising research to help improve the lives of children and families affected.
To help raise awareness and funds to support research we host a few fun events each year.
Get ready for another great Vinolympics event! “Vie for the gold” in events that test your palate, general wine knowledge, and physical coordination. This is a fun, casual, and totally un-snooty ‘wine-tasting meets carnival’ event. The event will take place on February 10, 2018 at the Theory Ballroom at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry.
